Thank you for your interest in Parkside! Please note,
there is ONE free parking space assigned to the unit.
Any additional spaces will be $420 for the lease
term, which is subject to change at any time.
Reserved permits
are limited and based on first come, first served.
Please print out each document and complete. The applications
print best on legal sized paper. The application cost
is $25 per applicant, both you and your guarantor are
considered applicants. There is also a $75 administrative
fee per lease. If you are only signing up for half
of the unit you will only pay one administrative fee.
Along with your application, we will need a copy of
your photo ID. With your guarantor's application we
will need a copy of their photo ID, two most recent
pay stubs or most recent tax return (only if self-employed).
All documents can be faxed to us at 301-474-8940 or
scanned and emailed back to us. Please call me with
any questions or if you are ready to sign your lease
agreement at 301-474-0085.

Even if you fax us back an application, without a
signed lease agreement we CAN NOT add your name to
the wait
list to be assigned a unit number. The lease agreement
is NOT attached in this email. However, if you would
like the lease to be emailed to you, please email
or call us with the names of the persons that will
be
on your lease. There can be no more than two names
on the lease and no more than four people in the
unit. We recommend that you confirm we've received
your lease,
if you plan to send it via fax or email. Otherwise
you may schedule an appointment to come in to the
Leasing office to sign your lease agreement.
